Tribe,

In order to feel, look, and perform your best, and make the most of your FUEL community, we recommend attending 4-5 classes per week - and our daily programming is designed to help you achieve that goal in a balanced and healthy way!

We know that that the best way to build muscle, burn fat, optimize your movement, increase your bone density, prevent injury, and improve your overall quality of life is by getting stronger. We know that combining strength and conditioning is the ultimate way to make your workout efficient and let you leave the gym feeling better than you did when you came in.

All of the tools we use in classes are designed to get you stronger, faster, and more resilient in different ways. Whether the emphasis is on barbells, kettlebells, or using your own bodyweight, our goal is to create enough intensity to help you improve while emphasizing the good form that keeps you safe.

You might notice that some of our Tuesday/Thursday classes are now called FUELSTRONG, just like our MWF classes. We thought that this helps clarify that these classes are not only a balanced part of our weekly programming, but they're accessible to all levels and will give you the results you're looking for. If you love the BELLZ, not to worry - they'll still be the emphasis of the Tuesday/Thursday classes.

We changed the name, not the format - now we challenge you to make the most of your FUELhouse membership and try a new class this week!

THE DISINTEGRATOR by Pat Flynn 8 reps x snatch (R + L) 5 reps x clean and press (R + L) 5 reps x reverse lunge (R + L) 3 reps x push up Men use 20 - 24kg; women use 12 - 16kg.
